Will oversees our general corporate platform, including key legal, HR, insurance and compliance functions.
Will joined TSS in May 2018 with a diverse set of experiences across law, finance and strategy. Prior to TSS, Will was VP of Finance at Bounty Minerals, an Appalachia-focused mineral fund. Previously, he worked for FTS International, where he covered corporate strategy, operations, and capital markets. Will began his career practicing corporate law at Skadden, Arps in New York City and London.
Will received a B.A from the University of Virginia, a J.D. from Columbia University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. His recent community engagement efforts have focused locally on improving K-12 public education in Tarrant County and nationally on the American Enterprise Institute (a centrist public policy thinktank based in Washington, D.C.).
