Jane runs all Human Resources efforts at TSS, including recruiting, employee relations, training and development, and compliance efforts related to our workforce. She joined in January of 2018.
Prior to TSS, she spent almost a decade in HR and recruiting capacities at organizations ranging from 1,000 to 4,500 people. Key accomplishments during that time included leading recruiting efforts for FTS International as it grew by over 3,000 people.
Jane has an A.B.A. in Business Administration from Tarrant County College.
