The company currently offers three options of health plans through Blue Cross/Blue Shield, which include a HSA plan, a PPO plan, and an additional HSA plan.
The company provides a life insurance policy on each qualified employee. Employees may purchase additional life insurance.
Dental coverage is currently offered through Assurant.
SHORT TERM DISABILITY
Short term disability insurance is provided for employees who become disabled from non-work related injuries or sickness.
Vision coverage is currently offered through Assurant/VSP.
LONG TERM DISABILITY
Long term disability coverage is provided for employees who exhaust the short term disability coverage.
